The Talent Lab initiative

Organized by ESIC Business School and Diario Sur, in partnership with Betancourt, this initiative aims to bridge the gap between young professionals and the job market in Málaga. The project brought together aspiring young talents and leading companies in the region, including FMIT, to create opportunities for meaningful employment and professional growth.

We were fortunate to enjoy several sessions where the young participants engaged in various group and individual activities, allowing us to observe how they performed in di<erent moments and situations. These sessions fostered continuous interaction between companies and participants, as there were numerous opportunities throughout the day to share conversations and opinions with the talents. During breaks, meals, and organized meeting points, participants and companies sat together to talk and rotate tables to ensure everyone had the chance to interact.
